LOCAL STOCKS
The opening day of the month, saw the local market with light volumes changing hand with the KSi starting the month lower by 9.76 points or 0.20% at 4,732.30. BSP opened the day lower K0.80 while OSH advanced a percent to close at K9.60. Overseas last night had IOC finished weaker at US$27.00 with a high of US$28.59.
The pre-open phase of the market today has bids for OSH still at K9.52 and offers for NBO as low as K18.00; the market is expected close steady today.
