LOCAL STOCKS
Monday saw another quiet day on the local market with only a few trades going through for BSP at K0.66 likewise CPL closing at K2.95. The only mover on the day was HIG losing 1.33 percent to close at K0.74 while the others finished steady. In commodities, crude oil added 66 cents to close at $70.70 as the precious metal climbed 1.5 percent to $1194 per ounce.
The pre-open phase of the market has offers lined up at a low K0.66 for BSP while sellers are queued up at K0.74 for HIG. In currency news, Kina against aussie is buying and selling at 0.4335 and 0.3874 respectively.
