LOCAL STOCKS

The bourse was again quiet yesterday, with BSP closing stronger at K0.72, and NBO advancing 5.46 percent to K19.00. While OSH slid 2 percent to end the day at K13.70. KSi finished lower by 24 points to 6169 points.

The opening phase of the market today has bids for BSP at a high K0.71 while CPL has offers available at K2.80. In currency, Kina versus aussie stands at 0.3680 this morning.
